I went to Alex for reflexology as I was suffering from on going shoulder pain , Alex took me into her treatment room which was warm clean and well set up Alex then put me warm and comfortable and started the treatment Alex was friendly and professional all the way through and the treatment was absolutely fantastic! I have returned to Alex for ongoing reflexology to treat my shoulder pain and I can say I no longer her suffer and I will keep on returning to Alex for treatments I highly recommend Alex and the treatments she offers.

A beautifully soothing reflexology treatment recieved off Alexandra at the Spiritual,Mind & Well-Being Event at the Carmarthen showground today.
There was a privacy screen, & eye mask with a towel & blanket to zone out under while the treatment took place. The external sounds at the venue were surprisingly relaxing adding to the overall ambience. Alexandra has the magic touch to connect deeply with the reflexes activating deep healing from within.
